Awareness Program on Tuberculosis Organized on World TB Day (24th March)

On the occasion of World Tuberculosis Day (24th March), Shree Om University organized an awareness program to educate students about Tuberculosis (TB) and its prevention.

The program was inaugurated by the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Dr. S. P. Pandey, who emphasized that awareness, timely diagnosis, and regular treatment are essential to effectively combat TB. He encouraged students to stay informed and spread awareness within the community.

The Registrar, Dr. B. K. Ambasta, and the Principal, Dr. Deepak Gaur, also addressed the gathering. They highlighted the importance of collective efforts and community participation in achieving the goal of TB eradication.

The session aimed to sensitize students about the causes, symptoms, prevention, and treatment of TB, reinforcing the university’s commitment towards health awareness and social responsibility.

The program concluded with active participation from students and faculty, making it a meaningful initiative towards building a healthier society.
